Delete your data
You can delete your tiny but Mighty account and everything tied to it at any time. Here's how to do it, exactly what's removed, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Delete it yourself (fastest)
Log in and go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Confirm, and your account and data are removed straight away.
Email us
Can't log in? Email hello@tbmmc.com.au from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and action it within 30 days.
Remove the app from Facebook
If you connected Facebook or Instagram, removing tiny but Mighty from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites automatically tells us to delete the data we hold for that account.
What gets removed
- Your profile, business details and brand voice card
- All Sidekick chats, conversations and saved prompts
- Scheduled posts, marketing tasks and calendar items
- Images and videos you uploaded
- Connected social accounts — access tokens are revoked and deleted
Timeframes
Deleting from Settings is immediate. Requests by email or via Facebook are actioned within 30 days. Backups that may still contain your data are rotated out within 90 days.
What we're legally required to keep
Billing and payment records are retained for 7 years to meet Australian tax and financial-record obligations, then deleted. These are kept separately from your profile and aren't used for anything else. See our privacy policy for details.
